Having pioneered ‘civil parking enforcement’, local authorities and private sector contractors are taking an ever more central role in the enforcement of moving traffic offences, managing the urban street-scene, tackling enviro-crime and combating anti-social behaviour.

This year’s event will examine the operational realities of the Traffic Management Act 2004, partnership working and the use of ANPR technology to enforce parking and moving vehicle offences.
