Having pioneered ‘civil parking enforcement’, local authorities and private sector contractors are taking an ever more central role in the enforcement of moving traffic offences, managing the urban street-scene, tackling enviro-crime and combating anti-social behaviour. This year’s event will examine the operational realities of the Traffic Management Act 2004, partnership working and the use of ANPR technology to enforce parking and moving vehicle offences. The event also provides a forum to discuss the role of penalties and debt recovery in the enforcement cycle and the emergence of formal bailiff contracts. We are pleased to announce the programme for this year's Enforcement Summit Once again highly experienced speakers will be discussing the topics most relevant to the Traffic and Parking Enforcement. |
