Exhibitor Set up
The exhibition is taking place in the banqueting suite.

Loading / Unloading
Exhibitors can use the goods lift by the metal shutters in the main car park.
Parking
The main car park will be available free of charge for those attending the conference.

Audio, Visual and Furniture Suppliers
AV equipment can be hired by the venue.
All exhibitors should email nicoleevans@edgbaston.com who will be able to provide a quotation and facilitate booking.
A forwarding copy should also be sent to conferences@landor.co.uk
Post Event
All items that are being returned by courier after the event, must be packed up, labelled, and given to the reception team.
All items must be collected by midday on the 14th June 2023.
